The repair and construction work fulfilled:

• full complex of earthwork operations;
• assemblage of reinforced-concrete foundation precast;
• assemblage of reinforced-concrete floor construction precast;
• construction of brickwork, brick walls, partitions;
• erection of roofwork and woodwork constructions;
• laying of the external systems of sewerage and water supply, electricity and gas supply, weak-current systems;
• laying of the internal systems of sewerage and water supply, weak-current circuits, internal systems of electricity and heating;
• exterior and interior finishing ‘key ready’;
• landscaping.
