The repair and construction work fulfilled:

• earth work;
• erection of protection constructions;
• installation of monolithic reinforced-concrete foundation;
• installation of monolithic reinforced-concrete column, beam and floor systems;
• construction of brickwork, brick walls, partitions;
• erection of roofwork and woodwork constructions;
• installation of energy-efficient windows and balcony doors;
• assemblage of internal circuit, power supply, water supply, sewerage and heating;
• floor construction, wall and floor lining with ceramic tiles.

Performance time: 13 months (November 2008 - November 2009).
